er, when i had my wisdom teeth taken out i did a lot of the smoothies and pureed vegetable soups (tomato, squash, pea, carrot and sweet potato) but i also cooked high protein macaroni until it was super bloaty and soft and then swallowed them whole piece by piece (if you can swallow pills, etc like that- or maybe that's better for the second or so day if you're having a starch/grain craving). i wish you the speediest of recoveries!
