If your roots are curved that tooth at least will probably get broken up during extraction. Mine had perfectly straight roots (but the teeth themselves were angled) and they were broken up during extraction. Are you gonna be awake our out for it?
They are knocking me out for it, at least that was the case when I talked to the nurse to schedule the appointment. The specialist I am going to only keeps people awake if they are pulling one or two out. -

Lucky! I was totally awake for mine (albeit massively drugged) and it was probably the weirdest experience of my life. Buy lots of ice cream beforehand!
